Receptos launched a new upscale research facility in Torrey Pines. Southwest Millworks, Inc. was selected to fabricate custom millwork and fixtures using a variety of wood veneers including plain sliced walnut, sandblasted brindle oak and reconstituted wenge. Countertops and worksurfaces of Corian, precast concrete and Quartz provide attractive accents to the various elements. Project also features wood-clad floating ceiling panels and a custom reception desk incorporating Kinon® hand-cast resin panels.
